Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Zayne Heyes Limited, we are committed to providing excellent chef and catering services. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible when it comes to cancellations. Below is our refund and cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:

    • For Small Events (up to 50 guests):

      • More than 14 days in advance: You may cancel up to 14 days before your event for a full refund of your deposit.

      • Less than 14 days in advance: Cancellations within 14 days of your event may result in the loss of your deposit or a 50% cancellation fee based on the total event cost.

    • For Large Events (more than 50 guests):

      • More than 30 days in advance: You may cancel up to 30 days before your event and receive a full refund of your deposit, minus any non-refundable items (e.g., special orders, purchased ingredients).

      • Less than 30 days in advance: Cancellations within 30 days of your event will result in a 50% cancellation fee, and your deposit may not be refunded.

    • During Busy Seasons (July and December):

      • More than 21 days in advance: For events in busy seasons (July and December), we require at least 21 days' notice for a full refund of your deposit.

      • Less than 21 days in advance: Cancellations within 21 days of a busy-season event will result in the loss of your deposit, as we may have turned down other bookings for that date.

  • Event Date Changes: If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability. If we cannot accommodate the new date, we will follow the cancellation policy as outlined above.
     

2. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation terms outlined above. We will refund the deposit or any prepaid amounts within 10 business days after your cancellation has been confirmed.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Some items, such as deposits, special orders, or purchased ingredients, may not be refundable. These exceptions will be specified in your event agreement.
     

3. No Show Policy

  • If the event is not canceled and you or your guests do not attend, we are unable to offer a refund or credit for the missed services. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if there are any last-minute changes to ensure we can adjust accordingly.
     

4. Force Majeure

  • In the case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule the event or offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
     

5. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

  • To cancel your booking or request a refund, please contact us via contact@zayneheyescatering.com as soon as possible. Be sure to provide your booking details for us to process the cancellation efficiently.
