Service Confirmation
Upon booking our services, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the event details, menu selection, and any other special requests. We will confirm the logistics for the event to ensure everything is aligned and set up properly.

Event Setup and Service
We provide all necessary on-site services related to meal preparation, presentation, and event coordination.-
For Custom Catering services, we will arrive on-site to prepare and serve meals as needed, ensuring fresh, high-quality dishes.

For the Private Chef Experience, our chef will set up and prepare the full meal at the event location.

Setup time is typically 1-2 hours before the event begins, depending on the complexity and size of the menu.

Location of Service
Our services are available within BC. If your event is outside of our main service region, please consult with us about travel fees or accommodations.

Event Completion & Breakdown
At the end of your event, we will complete all necessary cleanup and removal of equipment.-
All equipment brought for your event (e.g., cooking tools, serving dishes) will be packed up and removed at the conclusion of the event, unless otherwise discussed.

Any leftover food or non-perishable items will be discussed with the client to ensure proper disposal or donation.
